Avocado Hot Chocolate

Serves 2

500ml unsweetened milk of your choice
1 avocado
2-4 tsp cacao powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp vanilla powder
Maple syrup/honey/agave etc.
Optional: tiny pinch cayenne pepper
Pinch sea salt

  • Blend milk, avocado, cacao and spices
  • Gently warm over a low heat
  • Add sweetener to taste
