Blackberry Breakfast Pot

Ingredients

2 or 3 handfuls of blackberries
1 avocado
1/2 tsp maca
1.5 tsp cacao
1 tbsp dehulled hemp seeds
1-2 leaves of cavalo nero/kale (stem removed)
1-3 tsp freshly grated ginger (according to taste)
Milk of your choice (and water if desired)
Contents of 1 capsule Pukka’s Wholistic Turmeric
Optional extras for sprinkling:
– Fennel seeds (optional)
– Desiccated coconut (optional)

Method

  • Warm the milk gently with the ginger and contents of the Wholistic Turmeric capsule.
  • Blend the milk with the remaining ingredients and sprinkle with whatever delights you fancy… pumpkin seeds, fennel seeds, desiccated coconut, cacao nibs

Serves 1-2
