Delamere Dairy’s Goats’ Butter is churned from the cream that is skimmed from the goat’s milk. This is deliciously mild, with a light salty taste. It can be enjoyed as an alternative to cow’s butter and used in just the same way – spread on toast, melted in a baked potato or as a cooking ingredient.
