White Wheat Flour (with added Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Water, Figs (11%) (Dried Figs, Rice Flour), Dark Rye Flour, Pumpkin Seeds, Yeast, Salt, Barley Malt, Sugar.
