Creamy onion soup

Ingredients
2 onions1 potato, chopped into small chunks
1 oz marg
1 pint milk (or dairy-free equivalent)
1/2 pint veg stock
Bay leaf
Salt & pepper

Method

  • Saute the onion and chopped potato
  • Add the remaining ingredients, bring to the boil and simmer for 20 mins
  • Remove the bay leaf and blend
