Lentil soup

Ingredients
Brown lentils
Stock
Parsley
Bay leaf
Smoked tempeh
Olive oil
Onions
Carrots
Tomato puree
Paprika
Salt

Method

  • Saute the onion and carrots, then blend
  • Bring the lentils to the boil with the parsley, bay leaf and stock, tomato puree and paprika
  • Saute slices of the the tempeh and serve on top
