Last week Mike treated us all to one of his homemade pates. Was he after something, or is he just a genuine Mr Nice guy? I’d have to say latter! (Hopefully some more treats are on their way).
This dip is perfect for summer picnics. Combining the goodness of avocado and the great taste of smoked tofu.
1 whole avocado
Smoked tofu, 200g
1 clove garlic
Glug olive oil
Drop of tamari
Pinch salt, pink Himalayan or other
Lemon juice to taste
- Mash up, blend to required consistency and serve!
We served with a drizzling of olive oil and sprinkling of za’atar on top. Mmmm. Delicious.
