Mojito Smoothie

A zesty pick-me-up smoothie with a limey kick. We suggest using organic ingredients and drinking whilst still chilled!


  • 2 cups spinach (green of your choice)
  • 1 kiwi (peeled)
  • 1/4 cup mint leaves (packed)
  • 1/2 avocado (skin and pit removed)
  • 2 tbsps hemp seeds
  • 2 lime (about 1/4 cup)
  • 1 cup water (or almond milk)
  • bee pollen (to garnish, optional)
  • 2 tbsp of cocunut blossom syrup


  1. Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend on high until smooth.
  2. Top with the bee pollen and a few fresh mint leaves.
  3. Enjoy, chilled!
