Pea Protein Houmous


3 dessertspoons olive oil + extra to garnish
140ml water
2 cloves garlic (optional)
2 pinches ground cumin
20g tahini
30g pea protein
2 pinches salt to taste
Smoked paprika to garnish


  • Add ingredients in order to a bowl
  • Blend until creamy and chill
  • Drizzle with oil and sprinkle with smoked paprika before serving
