Paleo Bites

Paleo-friendly & vegan protein-rich cookies and oh so simple to barely-bake. From nutritionist and Pukka rep, Sarah Chandler.

You could try using different nuts butters and carob drops for variety.

1 x 400g can organic chickpeas
1 x jar organic almond butter
Maple/rice syrup or honey to taste
Dark chocolate chips
  • Blend the chickpeas, almond nut butter and syrup together in a food processor
  • Add chocolate chips
  • Shape using your hands (though the dough is quite sticky), or two spoons.
  • Bake at 150 – 160 degrees for 10 mins
