Sunny September Smoothie

Serves 2

1/2 cup sunflower sprouts
1 Orange (skin off and pips out)
2 large Leaves Kale or Cavolo Nero (remove spines)
2 leaves Fennel
1 Cup Coconut Water or Filtered Water

Additional boosters – 1/2 to 1 teaspoon Spirulina for mega energy boost- often good as a “shot” alongside a smoothie, so reserve 1/5 in blender then add Spirulina.

*** Just a reminder that to sprout your own seeds, soak them for 4 hours, drain and rinse twice daily for two or three days until they sprout. Easy as that!
