Quarter of a watermelon chopped into chunks
1 block of orgain high-weild diary feta cheese
A handful of mint, roughly chopped
for the dressing:
5 teaspoons of a good extra virgin olive oil
salt and black pepper to taste
Add all chopped ingredients into a large bowl. Whisk the dressing ingredients together and pour over your freshly prepared salad.
