Chocolate Porridge

Serves 2

1 cup oats
2.5- 3 cups brown rice milk/ almond milk
2 bananas
2 tbsp cacao
A handful of goji berries

Optional toppings: 1 tsp maca powder, 1 tbsp almond butter, maple syrup, berries


  • Mash the bananas. Add to a saucepan with 2.5 cups of dairy free milk, oats and cacao. Keep stirring.
  • When it starts to bubble, reduce the heat, add in the maca powder and goji berries. If using also add the almond butter and syrup.
  • Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring frequently, adding half a cup more milk if needed.
  • Pour into two bowls and serve with any berries you like.
