DHA stands for docosahexaenoic acid and EPA is eicosapentaenoic acid. These acids are types of Omega-3 fats that we need for blood circulation and a healthy heart. Our bodies can make some of these fats from the alpha-linolenic acid (ALA) in the food we eat, but it’s not always enough.

Nationwide delivery starts at £4.45 for packages under 2kg.

Most items are available for nationwide delivery (no chilled/frozen/glass).

Local delivery

We charge a delivery fee of £4.45 for all local deliveries.

Please order by 1pm Thursday for local delivery on Friday.

Recycled packaging

We recycle and re-use packaging as much as we can.

We use bubble wrap made from recyclable kraft paper and biodegradable parcel tape.
