This fantastically fibrous and tasty loaf is packed full of seeds. The grains are soaked to allow germination and retain the nutrients before being ground for a coarser texture.

Just like Paddington, we love this loaf with marmalade and it absolutely delicious enjoyed in the morning with a pot of tea.
