Delivery Options

All of our products are available for click and collect. You can select this option on the checkout page. Please allow 3-5 day for your order to be packed, we’ll then email you when it’s ready for collection. Orders not collected within 7 days after you receive your “ready for collection” email will be cancelled and refunded.

Some items (mainly our vitamins and supplements) are available for nationwide delivery and are marked with a “Nationwide delivery available” tag. Orders below £30 have a delivery charge of £3.95 and orders above £30 qualify for free delivery.

Once your order has been placed please allow 3-5 working days for delivery.

We also offer local delivery on items marked with a “Local delivery available” tag which costs a flat fee of £5 no matter the order total. Postcodes covered are BS1, BS2, BS3, BS4, BS5, BS6, BS7, BS8, BS9, BS10, BS11, BS13, BS14, BS15 and BS34.


Please contact us via the contact form to arrange a return within 28 days of your order being made. Returned orders must be unopened in their original packaging. Once we receive the order we can issue a refund (excluding shipping costs).

Damaged Orders

If your parcel arrived damaged and this has affected the quality of your products then please get in touch. You can either choose to have another product sent out or we can issue a refund. We will ask for picture proof for our records.

No Unnecessary Packaging

We make every effort to reuse packaging where we can. Packaging materials include eco-friendly, plastic-free bubblewrap made from kraft paper which you can put in your weekly recycling and parcel tape that’s completely biodegradable too.
