300g Medjool dates (or any pitted variety)
100g dried figs, chopped
50g dried mulberries
1/2 lemon, juice and zest
50g dessicated coconut (and extra for rolling)
75g chia seeds
- Put all ingredients in a food processor and blend until mixture sticks together in a ball.
- Break bits off and roll into bite size balls with the palms of your hands.
- Finish by rolling in coconut (or raw cacao)
