Banana & Peanut Butter Smoothie Bowl Recipe
When you blend together soy milk, peanut butter, frozen banana, chia seeds and cocoa powder, you get an amazingly nutritious and satisfying smoothie bowl. It’s packed with protein and fibre which is an ideal way to start your day or refuel after a workout.
- Chuck the frozen bananas, vanilla extract, soy milk, chia seeds, cocoa and peanut butter into a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour into a bowl and then add the rest of the ingredients as toppings – it’s nice to add things like almonds and granola to give your smoothie bowl a bit of crunch.
