Harry’s Dabinett Cider is made from classic Somerset apples that are fermented and then back-sweetened with juice from the same fruit. This creates big fruity aromas and flavours. It is very silky on the palate and has a soft tannic finish. It contains sulphites to preserve its freshness. The cider pairs well with crisp-skinned chicken, roasted vegetables and cheddar cheese.
It is best served chilled and is suitable for vegans and coeliacs.
