This loaf is no compromise for Hobbs House Bakery, no it doesn’t taste like cardboard and no it isn’t packed full of a list of ingredients you would rather not eat. Instead, this loaf is full of the good stuff, made primarily from sorghum flour (a plant-based flour) and teff flour (one of the world’s smallest gluten-free grains). Loaded with fibrous seeds, chia seeds, flax seeds and with the addition of chickpea sourdough and nutritious psyllium husks this loaf is a great healthy alternative for everyone.
