Left to slowly rise overnight, this loaf makes the best toast in the world. Its namesake comes from the Cotswold village of Sherston, home of the original recipe. Hobbs House Bakery leave the dough to rise overnight so they only need to use a tiny bit of yeast, bringing out the full flavour and character.

Ingredients: White Wheat Flour (with added Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin) (GLUTEN), Water, Salt, Sunflower oil, Flour Improver (Ascorbic Acid), Yeast.
