Viridian's Bone Complex is an advanced formulation providing highly bio-available forms of calcium & magnesium, along with the synergistic support of vitamin K2 and D3 to maximise the activation of proteins, central to bone mineralisation and to help aid the maintenance of a healthy skeletal system.
The formula provides calcium & magnesium on a 1:1 ratio with boron, D3 and K2 Minerals have vital roles to play in the body's processes including the immune system, the energy cycle, bone health and heart maintenance. The absorption and utilisation of minerals is determined by their presentation. Naturally bonding the mineral to a transportation agent such as citric acid, malic acid, amino acids or picolinic acid increase the rate of cellular absorption. Citrates, malates, chelates and picolinates are some of the better-absorbed presentations and these are preferred by Viridian.
VIRIDIAN PURITY: 100% Active ingredients. This vegan product is free from gluten, wheat, lactose, added sugar, salt, yeast, preservatives or artificial colourings. Non-irradiated. Against animal testing.

Phoned the store for some much needed advice - as we were isolating - the Irish lady one the phone couldn't be more helpful and helped with all our questions, we put in a delivery order which arrived the next day with everything we asked for and a helpful card with what she recommended too. We also used their web shop which came well packaged and arrived in a couple of days, will definitely recommend and use again.
