Refund policy

In-store returns

If you wish to return a purchase made in-store please bring your item(s) and receipt to the store within 30 days of purchase. Your item(s) must be unused and in the original packaging to qualify for a refund (unless damaged - see below).

Damaged item(s)/packages

If your purchase is damaged at no fault of your own and this has affected the quality of your products, then please get in touch and we can either re-issue the damaged item(s) or issue you a refund. Picture proof will be required for mail orders.
