Lions Mane is a Saprophytic mushroom with a long history of use in Traditional Medicine protocols for gut health, as well as being of great importance to the Yamabushi Buddhist monks of Japan as an immunity booster and meditation tool. The benefits of this widely revered medicinal mushroom have been utilised and continually studied for centuries. More recently, lions mane extract has been found to be useful in helping to clear brain fog, a major symptom of post-viral fatigue.

Reviews

Phoned the store for some much needed advice - as we were isolating - the Irish lady one the phone couldn't be more helpful and helped with all our questions, we put in a delivery order which arrived the next day with everything we asked for and a helpful card with what she recommended too. We also used their web shop which came well packaged and arrived in a couple of days, will definitely recommend and use again.

Great communication - there was not enough of the product that I wanted and Eve sourced more and advised me when it was ready so I could place the order. Excellent service as usual.

Wild Oats provide excellent choice of products and excellent service. It was the only place in Bristol that stocked the supplement I wanted. I ordered online and it was ready to collect almost straight away. The member of staff in the shop who served me was lovely too!

A very easy and efficient service from start to finish - thank you Wild Oats!
