Natures Aid Glucosamine & Chondroitin Complex provides 500mg Glucosamine Sulphate 2KCl and 100mg marine sourced Chondroitin Sulphate per capsule. This is combined with Rosehip, Ginger and Turmeric plus Vitamin C.  Vitamin C is important as it contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of cartilage. These capsules are convenient and easy to take.

Phoned the store for some much needed advice - as we were isolating - the Irish lady one the phone couldn't be more helpful and helped with all our questions, we put in a delivery order which arrived the next day with everything we asked for and a helpful card with what she recommended too.
