Natures Aid Evening Primrose Oil provides an excellent source of the essential omega-6 fatty acid, is rich in GLA (gamma-linolenic acid), and is a natural source of vitamin E. This fatty acid must be obtained from your diet as your body does not produce it. Each softgel contains 1000mg of Evening Primrose Oil, giving you 80mg of GLA.

Your body uses GLA to produce hormone-like compounds known as prostaglandins.
