Coming from the nutrient-rich cacao bean, the handpicked bean is soaked and dried before being gently peeled to reveal the nib. The quality of the harvesting means the nutritional value of the nib is wholly maintained making it a natural, slightly bitter, alternative to chocolate chips!

Phoned the store for some much needed advice - as we were isolating - the Irish lady one the phone couldn't be more helpful and helped with all our questions, we put in a delivery order which arrived the next day with everything we asked for and a helpful card with what she recommended too. We also used their web shop which came well packaged and arrived in a couple of days, will definitely recommend and use again.
