Meet our Resident Nutritionists
Laura Walker
Laura is a Registered Nutritional Therapist (dipCNM, mANP, rGNC) dedicated to helping busy people feel their best through simple, realistic diet and lifestyle strategies.
While many of Laura’s clients initially seek support with weight loss, her focus is always on improving overall health and addressing the underlying causes of symptoms.
She has a particular interest in lipoedema and ADHD, and has supported clients with a wide range of health concerns from acid reflux to eczema.
Outside of work, Laura is a busy mum of two who enjoys spending time with her family and going on adventures together.

Georgia Foreman
Georgia is a Registered Nutritional Therapist (dipCNM, mANP, rGNC).
She has a particular interest in supporting clients experiencing stress-related concerns such as anxiety, insomnia and fatigue, helping them implement small, realistic nutrition and lifestyle changes that support long-term wellbeing.
Georgia is passionate about the connection between emotional wellbeing and physical health, and hopes to further develop her practice as a trauma-informed practitioner.
Outside of work, Georgia enjoys experimenting with new recipes and spending time in nature - especially by the sea.

Ursula Philpott
Ursula is a Registered Nutritional Therapist (dipCNM, mANP, rGNC), yoga teacher and trained phlebotomist.
She has experience working in the wellness industry, including at an integrative medical centre for cancer care in Paris, and also speaks fluent French.
Ursula takes a holistic approach to health, combining nutrition, movement and lifestyle support, with particular interests in gut health, hormone balance and skin health.
