Georgia has a particular interest in supporting clients who are struggling with stress-related issues such as anxiety, insomnia, and fatigue through helping to implement small, realistic nutritional and lifestyle changes. Georgia believes our psychology and emotions have an important part to play in our overall health, and is hoping to one day become a trauma-informed practitioner.
Outside of work, Georgia finds experimenting with new recipes a therapeutic way to decompress. She also loves spending time in nature, especially by the sea!
