With our Raspberry Jelly it’s easy to make vegan jelly at home. Simply add boiling water, give it a good stir and leave it to set. For a twist, pour the mixture into individual pots and pop in some fresh raspberries. Pack size: 85g. Makes 1 pint, serves 4.

Ingredients

raw cane sugar, gelling agents (carrageenan, locust bean gum), citric acid, natural colour (beetroot red), natural raspberry flavour (1,1%), acidity regulator (potassium citrate).

Phoned the store for some much needed advice - as we were isolating - the Irish lady one the phone couldn't be more helpful and helped with all our questions, we put in a delivery order which arrived the next day with everything we asked for and a helpful card with what she recommended too. We also used their web shop which came well packaged and arrived in a couple of days, will definitely recommend and use again.
