Relax tea is a unique blend of calming herbs with fantastic soothing properties. It is best drunk in the evening to release the tension of the day.

Ingredients: Fennel seed (30%), licorice root, chamomile flower (14%), gotu kola leaf, cardamom seed, ginger root, marshmallow root (6%), oat flowering tops.

Phoned the store for some much needed advice - as we were isolating - the Irish lady one the phone couldn't be more helpful and helped with all our questions, we put in a delivery order which arrived the next day with everything we asked for and a helpful card with what she recommended too. We also used their web shop which came well packaged and arrived in a couple of days, will definitely recommend and use again.
