Edamame beans are a popular addition to oriental cuisines. They are young soybeans and are often cooked within their pods. These edamame beans have been cooked and canned for convenience. A great addition to any kitchen cupboard - simply drain and enjoy hot or cold with your favourite dishes! We recommend adding to noodle dishes or stir fries, alternatively you can enjoy on the side of sushi! Edamame can also be used as a filler for vegetarian dim sum. Phoned the store for some much needed advice - as we were isolating - the Irish lady one the phone couldn't be more helpful and helped with all our questions, we put in a delivery order which arrived the next day with everything we asked for and a helpful card with what she recommended too.
