Clearspring Organic Hemp Oil is an award-winning, delicious and nutritious culinary oil made from the highest quality European-grown organic hemp seeds. It is naturally high in ALA, omega 3 fatty acid, which contributes to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels (2g of ALA a day). Take 1 tbsp. (15ml) daily as a part of a balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. You can also use it to add a depth of flavour to your salads and pasta dishes or in your smoothies and dips.

Phoned the store for some much needed advice - as we were isolating - the Irish lady one the phone couldn't be more helpful and helped with all our questions, we put in a delivery order which arrived the next day with everything we asked for and a helpful card with what she recommended too. We also used their web shop which came well packaged and arrived in a couple of days, will definitely recommend and use again.
