Produced in the remote and unspoilt areas in New Zealand’s South Island, Nelson’s New Manuka honey standards are part of a new testing procedure where every batch of Manuka honey that goes through our factory is independently tested for its quality. Nelson New Bronze variety is independently tested for Antibacterial Activity, C4 Carbon Sugars, HMF and Pollen Count.

Nelson Active Manuka Honey can be eaten on toast or used as fillings for cakes as well as being diluted in warm water for a delicious drink. Nelson Active Manuka Honey can also be used topically by applying it directly to the skin.
