Niacinamide (Vitamin B-3) is a form of Niacin, a water soluble B-Vitamin. It is a derivative of Niacin that does not cause the "flush" normally associated with taking high doses of Niacin. Niacinamide is readily converted into the bioactive forms of Niacin, NAD+, NADH, NADP, and NADPH, which are vital cofactors in cellular energy production and are critical for the maintenance of DNA stability.

Caution: For adults only. Do not exceed recommended dose. Do not take on an empty stomach. This product may cause a temporary flush, itching or tingling red rash on the skin. This reaction is normal and harmless. If you experience any prolonged discomfort, discontinue use and consult your physician. Consult physician if pregnant/nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition. Keep out of reach of children.

Phoned the store for some much needed advice - as we were isolating - the Irish lady one the phone couldn't be more helpful and helped with all our questions, we put in a delivery order which arrived the next day with everything we asked for and a helpful card with what she recommended too. We also used their web shop which came well packaged and arrived in a couple of days, will definitely recommend and use again.
