Myrrh is a relaxing and fortifying oil, used for spiritual connection during meditation and religious and spiritual ceremonies.

As a natural remedy, myrrh is used for a healthy throat and mouth, for menstruation, respiratory function and to support clear airways. It is helpful in a steam inhalation for chronic respiratory issues.

Myrrh is a valuable oil for skincare, as it supports the skin’s natural ability to heal itself. It is also a useful ingredient for natural oral care products.

Expectorant, antibacterial, antifungal, antiseptic.

Myrrh is relatively viscous (thick). Remove the internal dropper before use. If the oil doesn’t easily pour, warm the bottle up either in a warm room or place the sealed bottle in a bowl of very hot water.

Phoned the store for some much needed advice - as we were isolating - the Irish lady one the phone couldn't be more helpful and helped with all our questions, we put in a delivery order which arrived the next day with everything we asked for and a helpful card with what she recommended too.
