BetterYou Vitamin C Oral Spray has a great tasting cherry and blueberry flavour. Each dose contains 100mg of optimally absorbable Vitamin C. Vitamin C (and Selenium and Riboflavin) helps contribute to the normal function of the immune system, helps reduced tiredness and fatigue, helps protect cells from oxidative stress and helps wound healing. Each dose of the stray provides 100mg of Vitamin C sourced from acerola cherry extract, which is absorbed quickly into the buccal membrane of the inner cheek, ensuring fast and effective nutrient uptake.

Phoned the store for some much needed advice - as we were isolating - the Irish lady one the phone couldn't be more helpful and helped with all our questions, we put in a delivery order which arrived the next day with everything we asked for and a helpful card with what she recommended too. We also used their web shop which came well packaged and arrived in a couple of days, will definitely recommend and use again.
