There is a world of difference between this award winning soya sauce and most of products in the market. It is the finest quality availabe produced by our artisan producer to a traditional recipe. It contains organic whole soya beans rather than soy isolates, and roasted whole wheat which are naturally fermented slowly in the cedarwood kegs.

Phoned the store for some much needed advice - as we were isolating - the Irish lady one the phone couldn't be more helpful and helped with all our questions, we put in a delivery order which arrived the next day with everything we asked for and a helpful card with what she recommended too. We also used their web shop which came well packaged and arrived in a couple of days, will definitely recommend and use again.
