The Indian black salt, also known as 'Kala Namak', is a popular variety of Indian volcanic stone salts. It is used extensively in India, Pakistan and internationally, by those who know its benefits. In accordance with Ayurveda or knowledge of Life,black salt is a cooling salt loaded with therapeutic properties. Unlike common iodized, it does not increase the sodium content of your blood.

Phoned the store for some much needed advice - as we were isolating - the Irish lady one the phone couldn't be more helpful and helped with all our questions, we put in a delivery order which arrived the next day with everything we asked for and a helpful card with what she recommended too. We also used their web shop which came well packaged and arrived in a couple of days, will definitely recommend and use again.
