Not all yeast extracts are the same. Essential Vitam-R is a beautiful caramel colour, with a slightly sweeter and more delicate flavour than your average yeast extract. Flavoured with sea salt, our yeast extract is delicious on toast for breakfast and is a brilliant way of adding depth to your vegan stocks and recipes.

Phoned the store for some much needed advice - as we were isolating - the Irish lady one the phone couldn't be more helpful and helped with all our questions, we put in a delivery order which arrived the next day with everything we asked for and a helpful card with what she recommended too. We also used their web shop which came well packaged and arrived in a couple of days, will definitely recommend and use again.
