Natures Aid Cold Pressed Flaxseed Oil is a great vegetarian source of omega-3 fats. It contains high levels of fatty acids alpha-linoleic acid (ALA) and linoleic acid (LA), which contribute to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels. Phoned the store for some much needed advice - as we were isolating - the Irish lady one the phone couldn't be more helpful and helped with all our questions, we put in a delivery order which arrived the next day with everything we asked for and a helpful card with what she recommended too.
