Biona Organic Rye bread with Linseed is wheat free, high in fibre and contains no added yeast and is perfect for a wide range of diets. It is made with sourdough and freshly milled whole rye, with golden linseeds. These provide a rich source of plant-based omega 3 fatty acids, which can help maintain a healthy heart.

The bread has a light and soft texture, which is ideal for a variety of sweet or savoury toppings. Try with creamy peanut butter and banana or smashed avocado, lime and tomato. You can enjoy it straight from the packet or pop it in the toaster.

Phoned the store for some much needed advice - as we were isolating - the Irish lady one the phone couldn't be more helpful and helped with all our questions, we put in a delivery order which arrived the next day with everything we asked for and a helpful card with what she recommended too.
