It's the perfect family loaf made from simple ingredients and 7 fibrous seeds, amaranth, linseed, millet, sunflower, sesame, pumpkin and poppy seeds.

Ingredients: White Wheat Flour (with added Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Water, Organic Amaranth Seeds, Salt, Pumpkin Seeds, Sunflower Seeds, Hulled Millet Grain, Organic Golden Linseed, Golden Linseed, Shortening [Vegetable Oil (RSPO Certified Sustainable Palm & Palm Fractions, Rapeseed)], Poppy Seeds, Flour Improver (Ascorbic Acid), Yeast.

Phoned the store for some much needed advice - as we were isolating - the Irish lady one the phone couldn't be more helpful and helped with all our questions, we put in a delivery order which arrived the next day with everything we asked for and a helpful card with what she recommended too. We also used their web shop which came well packaged and arrived in a couple of days, will definitely recommend and use again.
