Natures Aid L-Lysine 1000 mg is a high potency, essential amino acid which provides a full 1000 mg of L-Lysine per daily tablet. Produced from L-lysine hydrochloride in a free-form state. Although 50 amino acids have been identified, only 20 of them are used by the human body. Of these 20, nine are classified as essential amino acids.
This means that the body cannot naturally manufacture them, so we must get them from diet by eating protein rich foods. Lysine is one of these essential amino acids, meaning it must obtained via the diet or by supplementation. Natures Aid L-Lysine is suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

We charge a delivery fee of £4.45 for all local deliveries.
