The Floradix Liquid Iron and Vitamin Formula contains organic iron, vitamins B1, B2, B6, B12 and Vitamin C. All these nutrients contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, while improving energy-yielding metabolism. Iron also supports normal red blood cell and haemoglobin formation. It is important to blend Iron with Vitamin C as Vitamin C increases iron absorption.
This formula contains nutrients that are already dissolved, so they are absorbed by the digestive system faster than tablets would be. It also contains herbal extracts and fruit juice concentrates for a pleasant taste. This formula is particularly beneficial for woman, children, the elderly, vegetarians and those with an active lifestyle.

Phoned the store for some much needed advice - as we were isolating - the Irish lady one the phone couldn't be more helpful and helped with all our questions, we put in a delivery order which arrived the next day with everything we asked for and a helpful card with what she recommended too.
