Vitamin D is an essential nutrient that contributes to the normal function of the immune system and blood calcium levels which in turn supports the maintenance of normal bones and teeth. The skin cannot create vitamin D if covered in sunscreen or clothing, it's thought that a sun cream with SPF15 will reduce the skin’s ability to synthesize vitamin D by more than 95%.

Nationwide delivery starts at £4.45 for packages under 2kg.

Most items are available for nationwide delivery (no chilled/frozen/glass).

Local delivery

We charge a delivery fee of £4.45 for all local deliveries.

Please order by 1pm Thursday for local delivery on Friday.

Recycled packaging

We recycle and re-use packaging as much as we can.

We use bubble wrap made from recyclable kraft paper and biodegradable parcel tape.
