Low intervention, sparkling organic wine created in collaboration with Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall’s River Cottage. A blend of Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, Chardonnay and Seyval Blanc grapes. A second fermentation in the bottle, without disgorging or dosage (adding sugar) gives it a mousse of tiny bubbles and a naturally cloudy finish.
