Higher Nature Starflower Oil is rich in gamma linolenic acid (GLA) which is an omega 6 fatty acid that must be obtained through the diet from linoleic acid. The starflower oil is extracted from borage seeds, which contains the highest level of naturally occurring GLA in any plant. It is then cold-pressed to retain the nutritional value. Phoned the store for some much needed advice - as we were isolating - the Irish lady one the phone couldn't be more helpful and helped with all our questions, we put in a delivery order which arrived the next day with everything we asked for and a helpful card with what she recommended too. We also used their web shop which came well packaged and arrived in a couple of days, will definitely recommend and use again.
