Nourish Kefir Real Goats Kefir is fermented with fresh goats’ milk and real kefir grains for a super tasty and tangy drink. The real kefir grains will give you all the goodness of the gut friendly bacteria and enzymes. These will colonise in the intestines and assist digestion. Goats milk kefir is the perfect alternative to cow’s milk and can also be easier to digest as the fat molecules in goats’ milk are smaller.

Phoned the store for some much needed advice - as we were isolating - the Irish lady one the phone couldn't be more helpful and helped with all our questions, we put in a delivery order which arrived the next day with everything we asked for and a helpful card with what she recommended too. We also used their web shop which came well packaged and arrived in a couple of days, will definitely recommend and use again.
