BioCare Magnesium Malate is a complex of malic acid and magnesium that is particularly suited to supporting energy and muscle function. Magnesium is an important factor in many biochemical processes within the body. Many vital enzymes require magnesium for their optimal activity and formation.

Malic acid is an organic acid that occurs naturally in fruits and some vegetables. It is also present in most fruit juices and is responsible for the acidic nature of apple juice.

Malic acid is an integral component in the Krebs Cycle (the energy cycle) in the body. It is a mild chelator and an excellent mineral transporter.

Features of Magnesium Malate:

Phoned the store for some much needed advice - as we were isolating - the Irish lady one the phone couldn't be more helpful and helped with all our questions, we put in a delivery order which arrived the next day with everything we asked for and a helpful card with what she recommended too.
