Liquid Smoke - Natural Hickory (Colgin)

his is the original recipe by Colgin, Natural Hickory.

Colgin is a liquid smoke. It is vegan and contains no animal by-products.

Colgin is an easy way to add smoky flavour to a wide range of foods.

Add a few shakes to recipes or use it in oven, charcoal or gas grill cooking. Dash or brush it onto steaks, chicken, hamburgers or hot dogs for a smoky flavour.

It can also be used to season soups, gravies, sauces, baked beans, salads, dips, seafood, eggs and poultry, or wherever a smoky flavour is desired.

Phoned the store for some much needed advice - as we were isolating - the Irish lady one the phone couldn't be more helpful and helped with all our questions, we put in a delivery order which arrived the next day with everything we asked for and a helpful card with what she recommended too. We also used their web shop which came well packaged and arrived in a couple of days, will definitely recommend and use again.
